Since SUL was turned on for administrators, administrators at the Vietnamese Wikipedia have been getting many requests for account name usurping. The community there hasn’t yet come to a consensus about usurping, so we’ve been denying each such request.

The SUL spec notes that users will eventually be able to login with their home wiki suffixed. Is that still the plan? We would like to mention that syntax as a future workaround, in the event that a local user has already taken the user name.
